Appointment Policies
After scheduling your appointment either via online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and text to the ones provided.  For cancellations, please log on to Vagaro.com 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule to avoid any fees. We have a 5 minute grace period allotted for a service. If you are running late, please let us know at (260) 255-4611 so we can accommodate you and other clients.  There is a $15 reschedule fee for services $49 and under & a $30 reschedule fee for services $50 and over.
We charge the card on file 100% of all services scheduled that are missed / no showed.
Return Policy
We offer 100% guaranteed satisfaction. We will gladly exchange your item within 5 days of receipt. However, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, all packaging must be unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

 

WAXING PRODUCTS: OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ONLINE TO BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS. IF YOU ARE NOT A STUDENT OR SPA PROFESSIONAL WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF RETURN for issues with product performance or liking. Once the product packaging is opened it can no longer be returned.
